Our registration process requires only a valid e-mail address and a unique user ID and password. Our ordering process requires valid delivery address information and phone number. Our payment process requires valid billing address information, Tax ID information and credit card or ACH information. Our email and file upload tools require a valid phone number and email address

We may use Data to customize and improve your user experience on this site. Your Data will not be for other purposes unless:
(i) we obtain your consent, such as when you choose to opt-in or opt-out to the sharing of Data;
(ii) we reserve the right use your data in our occasional marketing and communications to you and we will share your email address and name with MailChimp.com our email service provider; if you find the frequency of these contacts are unwanted you may ask to opt out through the mail list management tools provided by MailChimp.com, we will abide by your requests.

3. Cookies.
Like many web sites, we may set and use cookies to enhance your user experience, such as retaining your personal settings, and to understand who looks at our website in aggregated form. To the best of our knowledge these cookies only collect anonymous data. Our cookie, from google analytics, will expire in 30 days of your using our site. After 30 days you will be required to consent again.
4. Editing or Deleting Your Account Information.
We provide you with the ability to edit the information in your user account information that you provided to us in registration by using your account configuration pages. You may request deletion of your user account by contacting our webmaster.

8A. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
8B. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
8C. Contact forms
When visitors send a message through a contact form on the site we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s email address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

9. Cookies

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

11. Analytics – Who we share your data with
We use an anonymous Cookie from Google to generate information about who our customers are and where our customers are finding our services. The information collect does not contain personally identifiable information.

A service provided on our site requires the interaction with or is provided by a third party such as, for example, credit card authorization services; a shipping company or an outside supplier. This information may be personally identifiable. It is handled in appropriate manner governed by our agreement to get service we need to provide you with our services and for no other purpose.

If you leave a comment, or send us an email; the comment / email and its metadata are retained indefinitely. If you upload artwork we retain artwork indefinitely.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
14. What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Artwork provided may be sent to offsite service providers for production.

17. How we protect your data
Brookline Print Center does not directly store or have access to financial information you provide on this site. We interact with a financial processor, such as stripe or paypal who gets your financial information on their site, validates financial information on our behalf and arranges to have your payment happen through their website service and sent to our bank. We do not actually hold or have your banking information. The financial transaction happens on the processor’s website, and is secured by the processor. They ensure our link to their website is secure.
We maintain commercial security software on our website to scan it for Malware, SiteLock, and to provide security for the site itself, WordFence. We use HTTPS encryption to secure your interaction with our website from being intercepted between your device and our shared website server at our website hosting supplier, BlueHost.
